Any Time - Patient App

The AnyTime Mobile App was developed to bridge the gap between users and healthcare providers by offering an intuitive, user-friendly platform for appointment scheduling and health data management. With a focus on accessibility and ease of use, the app transformed the patient experience

Problem statement

Patients faced challenges with complex appointment booking systems, lack of transparency in doctor availability, and difficulty accessing health records. Comprehensive Research

Understanding Users

To ensure the AnyTime Mobile App truly met user needs, we started with extensive research involving patients and healthcare providers. Through surveys and interviews, we uncovered challenges patients faced in booking appointments, accessing medical records, and maintaining effective communication with their doctors. Contextual inquiries allowed us to observe users navigating current systems, helping us identify pain points and usability issues in real-time.
 

Insights Driving Innovation
For healthcare providers, we conducted focus groups to understand workflow challenges, scheduling inefficiencies, and communication gaps. Additionally, we performed competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify market opportunities and set our app apart. This combination of qualitative and quantitative research provided the foundation for crafting a solution that streamlined healthcare access and communication while addressing user frustrations.

Mapping the Path

User Flow

I designed intuitive user flows to simplify the journey for both patients and healthcare providers. By outlining key actions like appointment booking, medical record access, and communication with doctors, we ensured every step was logical and user-friendly. Iterative feedback from stakeholders and end-users helped refine the flow, minimizing friction and creating a seamless experience tailored to healthcare needs.

Blueprinting the Experience

Wireframes laid the foundation for a streamlined and user-friendly healthcare app. I created low-fidelity sketches to visualize the layout, prioritize essential features, and ensure clear navigation paths. These wireframes were refined through feedback from stakeholders and end-users, setting the stage for a well-structured and efficient design process.

Building a Unified Design Language

Design System

I created a comprehensive design system for Legato Health Technologies, used across all their products, including the patient app and the ranking portal. While I wasn't able to present the entire system in my portfolio, I’ve showcased a few key elements here. The system included standardized components, color palettes, typography, and iconography, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience across all platforms. This approach streamlined collaboration, reduced development time, and provided a scalable foundation for future updates.
