Conducting User Research
The journey of
User research for the Patient Portal SaaS Application was conducted to deeply understand the needs and pain points of both patients and healthcare providers. The research aimed to uncover critical insights to guide the design of a platform that is intuitive, accessible, and efficient for all users.

For patients, the focus was on identifying barriers to accessing healthcare information, such as navigating complex systems, managing appointments, and maintaining clear communication with providers. Research methods included user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to capture their expectations for a seamless healthcare experience.

For healthcare providers, the research explored challenges in integrating patient-facing tools with existing workflows and ensuring compliance with data security regulations. Feedback from providers helped shape features like secure messaging, role-based access, and real-time updates.

The insights gathered informed key design decisions, ensuring the Patient Portal addressed the unique needs of its diverse user base while delivering a scalable, efficient SaaS solution.
